Most likely right now! Please note I use a 8 month rolling window for bookings. This means I can only lock in events 8 months out from the day of event. I put this in place to ensure I am available on this date. Even if your event is more than 8 months away, still reach out. I'm happy to chat about all the details and pencil you in. Once that 8 month mark comes around we can officially lock in!

I supply all the equipment needed. My PA system is top of the line. I will set it up and pack it down myself. All I need from you is a powerpoint close enough for an extension cord and a setup area (reception) roughly 3x2m width ways.

I take a 30% deposit to lock in the event. This is so I can reserve the time/date of the event for you and decline other work.

Yes I travel nation wide and internationally! My normal rates are $50 per hour of travel. With events that require flights, there are more details to sort out (flight costs, equipment shipping, accommodation, etc) but it's all very doable and I can walk you through that.

I plan to arrive one hour prior to my start time. This can vary depending on traffic etc. It only takes me 20 mins to set up so this is more than enough time to load in. It usually takes me about 20-30 mins to load out fully after the gig.
