Full Day Wedding

Included in this package is everything in the Ceremony and Canapé and Reception packages but for a discounted price for booking me for the full day!

Performing for the ceremony, canapés, reception and DJing in the last few hours of the night is what we call a "Solo Hybrid". I perform these services at weddings frequently and this is a great way to have both a live performer and a high energy dance floor all in one. 

Also, it is a lot more cost effective than booking multiple musicians due to set up fees and travel costs. It's also much easier to organise as you have just one person that will be handling all the music for the entire day. 

Here's a breakdown of everything you can expect! CEREMONY:

Included in this package are a variety of carefully planned details to ensure an unforgettable ceremony. You can pick up to 3 custom songs (which can be on my set list or not) and I will learn them for your big day. The typical events to pick songs for would be Bridal Walk, Signing of the Registry and Exit.

I will start performing 15 mins prior to the ceremony to create a gentle and inviting atmosphere for your guests to arrive and find their seats.

The length of the custom songs in the ceremony will be tailored in real time to fit perfectly to the pace of the ceremony. This means you don't have to rehearse anything. I will end the bridal entrance song around 10 seconds after you arrive at the altar to give you both time to take it all in.

My set up can be battery powered for ceremonies away from power access so I can play anywhere: a beach, a rugged hillside, a cliff face. So you will get the highest quality sound with no restrictions.

CANAPÉS:

This is for the Canapé section of the day, starting straight after the ceremony.

Included in this package is a set of music (standard 45 min playing/15 min break per hour) while you're having photos done and your guests are mingling.

It is up to you if you want 1, 2 or 3 hours. Most couples book me for 2 hours as this usually is the perfect amount of time prior to your reception.

These sets are typically fun and smooth mid-tempo music to match the ambience.

RECEPTION:

This package includes multiple music sets which fit to work around your other events (e.g speeches). I will also work with your MC to cue any songs needed at certain points of the night (e.g. bridal entrance, cake cutting, first dance).

If you're looking for me to learn any song specifically for the reception (e.g. first dance) I can do that for an extra $150. This covers the 1-2 hours I'll spend learning the song prior to the day. 

I can also set up to DJ later in the night for up to 3 hours or continue to play live. It is up to you and your taste!

If the wedding finishes after 11pm and is over 50 km away from Melbourne city, the client will be responsible for booking accommodation for me on top of the wedding booking.If the Wedding is very far away (over 2 hours) from Melbourne city, I may need accommodation regardless of finish time but this will be decided on a case by case basis.
